Every SEVENFRIDAY watch comes with an embedded NFC chip. You can verify authenticity and register your warranty by scanning the watch with our official SEVENFRIDAY mobile app.
What is your global shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all SEVENFRIDAY watches come with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are SEVENFRIDAY watches water resistant?
Most of our models are water resistant to 3ATM or 5ATM. While they can handle light splashes, we do not recommend wearing them for swimming or diving.
